Playful Communication | The Collective Act - Local Event

🌸 Join us for a “Playful Communication” where we will be building connection and care exploring the basics of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and peer-to-peer support in a playful, and interactive way!

🌻 Through simple exercises, and shared reflection, we’ll practice listening, expressing needs, building mutual understanding and understanding the principles of peer-to-peer support. Together, we’ll also begin co-creating our own peer support card deck, a practical and creative tool to carry these skills beyond the workshop.

🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ This workshop is open to anyone curious about strengthening communication skills, deepening empathy, building confidence in expressing themselves, giving and receiving support.

No previous experience is needed just a willingness to explore and engage at your own pace.

☕️ We will provide hot and cold beverages, snacks and you can also bring your own to share.

The activity takes place within The Collective Act KA2 project, which is co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, which is administered in Latvia by Jaunatnes starptautisko programmu aģentūra. It is a small-scale partnership programme, coming out of the collaboration between Active Rainbow and Peemoti Keskus.
