The Plot is Queer is not just about reading books and having discussions. We’ll be working o n the LGBT+ House Library, organizing book clubs, workshops and Living Lib rary events, creating resources and content, connecting with writers, arti sts, publishers and organizations, collecting and organizing book donation s, and eventually putting together a queer book fair and closing festival.

We’re looking for people who would like to take an active role in the project. You might be interested in library work and cataloguing, org anizing events, facilitating discussions, creating content, outreach and p artnerships, or helping with the book fair. You can also bring your own id eas, we’d love to hear them.

For this volunteer team, we’re asking for a commitment of at least 5 hours per week throughout the project.
