	is a question that can easily catch most of us off guard.\n\nWith external
	 pressures\, we often catch ourselves being drowned in titles that\nwere a
	ssigned to us. Despite it being a “normal” societal process\, if completel
	y\nunchecked\, it can negatively affect one's motivation\, self-esteem\, a
	nd overall\nmental state. A clear understanding of identity and its fluid 
	nature is crucial\nto building a solid foundation for life.\n\n“Who am I?”
	 is a question we can only honestly ask ourselves when we get a\nchance to
	 slow down\, explore\, and reassess. With this workshop\, we would like to
	\noffer you that space.\n\nMaterials will be provided\, but feel free to b
	ring your own notebook and\nfavorite pen. We will provide hot and cold bev
	erages\, snacks and you can also\nbring your own to share.\n\nWe really ho
	pe to see you there.\n\nSimona is a non-binary artist\, life coach\, and p
	rospective therapist\, who comes\nfrom a background of therapeutic art fac
	ilitation and DBT/CBT skills coaching.\nThey use personal mental health st
	ruggles to educate\, inspire\, and connect with\nthe community. Simona bec
	ame a certified Peer Support Specialist in 2024 in San\nDiego\, California
	\, and continues to expand their horizons as a member of the\nEuropean Ass
	ociation for Coaching.\n\nThe project is co-funded by the European Union t
	hrough the Erasmus+ programme\,\nwhich is administered in Latvia by Jaunat
